We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Chemist responsible for quality testing and the release of raw materials. Join our team and contribute to creating innovative personal care products that quickly make their way to the market.

• Conduct quality testing and ensure the release of raw materials.

• Participate in the formulation and scaling up of personal care products.

• Engage in troubleshooting and continuous improvement processes on the production floor.

• Proven experience in quality control and testing.

• Familiarity with FDA documentation and compliance.

• Strong commitment to continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a quality control lab within the personal care or related industry.

• Experience in batching and scale-up processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot effectively in a laboratory environment.

Work in a dynamic laboratory setting where you will report to a supervisor. Employees have the unique opportunity to see their formulas quickly progress from conception to hitting the shelves within months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Edison,NJ.
