Congress Hall Hotel in Cape May, NJ is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead daily culinary operations across all outlets. You will supervise Sous Chefs, Lead Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Staff, while developing recipes and ensuring production efficiency.
You will report to the Executive Chef and oversee staffing, training, and cost controls for high-volume service (up to 1500+ covers per day) with seasonal and event demands.
