Responsibilities
- Lead the store as an on‑floor leader and role model for the team.
- Coaches, develops, mentors, and motivates team members to deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience and achieve sales objectives.
- Utilizes the Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently meet sales plans and company goals.
- Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
- Drives sales by identifying opportunities to reach personal and store goals.
- Recruits, hires, and trains staff using onboarding tools.
- Creates an inspirational, motivating work environment reflecting brand integrity.
- Builds customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
- Maintains brand standards and operational policies, ensuring impeccable execution of all procedures.
- Stays knowledgeable about product and emerging merchandise and fashion trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
- Ability to use critical thinking to achieve absolute execution of operational components.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
