Position

Part Time Floor Leader

Hours

20-29 hours per week

As a Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, open and close the store, analyze sales results, and lead training sessions to ensure an exceptional customer experience, happy & motivated staff, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer

    Experience:


    • Drive sales by using the Store Force dashboard, coaching the sales team, and adjusting the shop floor structure to meet and exceed goals.
    Lead by example to deliver world‑class customer experience, including product demonstrations and daily sales goal pursuit.
    • Educate customers on Lush brand values and sustainable practices.
    • Deepen product knowledge to make informed recommendations for every need.
  • Team Involvement:
    • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Encourage open communication and foster a culture of belonging, teamwork, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB).
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Handle cash, opening/closing procedures, and nightly deposits.
    Lead by example in attendance and punctuality, monitor breaks, and keep the team informed with daily communications.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and support inventory best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety procedures.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:
    • customer service and sales
    • cash handling and opening/closing procedures
    • supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
    • problem‑solving issues related to customer service in day‑to‑day operations
    • a fast‑paced team environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
  • Experience analysing sales metrics
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
  • Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
