Job Description

The ideal Lingerie Salesperson is passionate about fashion, fit and styling, and excels in building a loyal customer base through digital and in‑store interactions, offering personalized experiences based on trust and fit expertise.

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals in‑store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
• Stay updated on fashion and product knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a customer‑ready department through tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

• Empathy, sensitivity, and body positivity to provide a supportive environment during intimate apparel fittings for diverse customers.

• Physical endurance for 6–8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.

Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky items, lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$16.15 per hour. Commission for apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranges from 3% to 14.5%. Commission for beauty and men’s fragrance sales is 3%.
