• Operating all equipment.
• Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to the storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Preparing products.
• Receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Greeting customers warmly and providing outstanding customer service.
• Delivering orders safely to customers and representing the brand positively.
• Using the Domino's App for deliveries.
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Assisting customers with product demos and upselling opportunities.
• Communicating clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and teamwork skills.

• Minimum age 18+, with 2 years of driving history.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Must provide proof of insurance coverage.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Basic math skills for managing transactions.
