Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
- Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
- Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
- During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
- High school diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
- One year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory / management experience not required; experience leading groups or teams preferred.
- Strong customer focus.

- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

The starting rate for this position is $18.60 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is $18.60 – $18.60 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
