Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Cashier
Position Summary:
As a Member Frontline Services associate, you will provide excellent member service by maintaining the checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam’s Club products and services, and guiding members on self‑service technology. You will process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and follow company safety and security procedures, including safety sweeps and emergency response.
• Respond quickly to member questions and concerns, affirming member identities and recommending product choices.
• Keep entrance and exit areas organized, maintain merchandise zones, and report unsafe situations.
• Protect company assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity and maintaining all required documentation.
• Train new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology, and program rollouts, while continually fostering learning and process improvements.
• Follow proper returns handling procedures, identify shrink and damages, and support organizational compliance with ethics and integrity policies.
• Manage priorities, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.
Demonstrate company core values by respecting individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
Minimum Qualifications- Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.
- Relevant experience in customer service and inventory management.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
