Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Director (Hunter) to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth across Fin Tech, Retail, Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, transportation and Manufacturing verticals. The role focuses on identifying and converting new logos
, building strategic client relationships, and driving adoption of engineering, digital, and technology services
.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong background in sales and business development
, capable of owning the full sales lifecycle—from market identification and prospecting to deal closure and account transition.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within target industries
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Establish and nurture CXO‑level and senior stakeholder relationships with prospective clients
- Understand customer challenges and position engineering, digital, and technology solutions effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven success in a hunter role with strong new‑logo acquisition experience
- Experience selling IT services, digital engineering, ER&D, or technology solutions
- Strong industry exposure in one or more of the following:
- Fin Tech
- Retail
- Medical Devices
- Manufacturing
- Transportation
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to senior decision‑makers (CXO levels)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target‑driven environment
