Responsibilities

Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six‑figure income? Then we want you to join the family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

Qualifications

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

A valid Real Estate License is required.

Compensation and Benefits

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., a well‑respected publicly traded company, is committed to providing an environment and programs that help our associates flourish. You can look forward to professional support, performance‑based compensation that includes a base salary of $700/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $250,000.
