Sales Support Coordinator

• Provide high-level operational and analytical support to the Sales Department to enhance efficiency and performance
• Generate, analyze, and distribute detailed sales reports with actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and D365
• Support the VP of Sales with annual projections, budgeting, monthly and mid-month reporting, and senior leadership deliverables
• Prepare sales presentations, call lists, territory analyses, and performance summaries for leadership and inside sales teams
• Maintain and manage the Sales SharePoint/information hub for streamlined communication and reporting
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
• Assist with order management issues, including backorders, cancellations, aged & excess inventory, and raw materials coordination
• Research potential new customers and support inside sales efforts, including cold calling initiatives
• Help plan and organize internal sales meetings, initiatives, and team projects
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Power BI, SharePoint, and Adobe tools to support reporting and presentations

2+ years of Sales Coordinator or Sales Operations experience required; strong analytical, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; college degree preferred , consumer products a plus!
