Parts Specialist
Seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Parts Specialist in Edison, NJ to support field teams and customers by managing parts orders, inventory, and invoicing pertaining to Construction and Arborist equipment.

• Assist with receiving and stocking orders
• Stage parts weekly to ensure field teams have necessary inventory
• Participate in inventory counts for branch and field vehicles
• Order, procure, and expedite parts for service teams and customers
• Research parts to create repair quotes
• Ship stock and customer orders to other locations
• Process vendor bills and post invoices using internal systems
• Process customer invoices

• Prior experience in construction and/or arborists highly preferred
• Prior experience in parts, inventory, or supply management
• Comfortable using computer systems for ordering, invoicing, and tracking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and customers
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
