About the RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, hunter-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business for our Snowflake Data Services practice. This role is focused on new logo acquisition, outbound prospecting, and sales development, ideal for someone who thrives in building pipelines from scratch and closing net-new opportunities in the cloud data space.
Key Responsibilities- Own outbound prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and close net new clients. Build pipelines from the ground up through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Drive consistent activity levels (calls, meetings, demos) to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Client Discovery & Solution Alignment
:
Identify customer requirements, pain points, and business goals, and position tailored Snowflake-based data solutions. - Solution Selling
:
Partner with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized Snowflake solutions and deliver compelling presentations and demos. - Maintain accurate pipelines in CRM, ensuring disciplined follow-ups and predictable revenue forecasting.
- Stay informed on Snowflake ecosystem trends, cloud data landscape, and competitor positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
:
Partner with marketing and delivery teams to support go-to-market strategies and successful deal execution. - Travel & Client Engagement
:
Willingness to travel as needed to visit clients, attend industry events, and support in person meetings.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience - Snowflake or cloud/data solutions preferred
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of new logo acquisition
- Demonstrated success in driving consistent activity, pipeline generation, and quota achievement
- Experience identifying customer needs and presenting value-driven solutions
- Proactive, self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment
- Strong interest in cloud data, analytics, and emerging technologies
