In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Central Jersey, NJ

Compensation: $100,000+ annually (commission-based)

Our services include basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, and more. They are known for offering free in-home consultations, custom designs, and budget-friendly solutions that transform living spaces.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to connect with homeowners and generate new business opportunities. This role focuses on educating customers, leading in-home consultations, designing solutions, and driving revenue growth by promoting our full range of home improvement services. In this position, you will also serve as an In-Home Sales Representative, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision.

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions using our software tools
• Educate homeowners on remodeling options and service benefits
• Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
• Build rapport and guide customers through the design process
• Participate in weekly training sessions to improve performance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Confident presenter with a strong closing ability
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Reliable transportation and local residency required

• Previous in-home or outside sales experience
• Background in home improvement or remodeling (a plus)
