Responsibilities- As a Carrier Sales Representative
, develop and grow carrier partnerships. - Negotiate competitive rates using market data and sharp instincts.
- Deliver real-time shipment updates that keep customers confident.
- Collaborate across teams to solve problems before they escalate.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; logistics experience is a plus.
- Location:
Edison, NJ (on-site). - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. - Employment type:
Full-time. - Veterans with military logistics experience and recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year.
