In this bonus potential role, you will be responsible for driving event revenue through the sale of meeting spaces, weddings, corporate functions, and social events. You will serve as the primary contact for clients from initial inquiry through event execution, ensuring an exceptional experience and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation- Proactively solicit new business through calls, emails, networking, and site tours
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Develop customized proposals, contracts, and pricing packages
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their event needs
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the planning process
- Ensure a seamless and high‑quality client experience from start to finish
- Collaborate with catering, operations, and event teams
- Communicate all event details clearly through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Support event execution as needed to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems
- Track performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
- Ensure contracts, deposits, and billing are handled accurately
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including nights, holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Qualifications & Experience- 2–5+ years of experience in event sales, hotel sales, or venue sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of database software – Delphi FDC, Opera PMS
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with CRM or event management software preferred
