• Build and maintain strong client relationships within your territory
• Drive new business through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and recommend strategic solutions
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet performance goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Track activity and performance using CRM tools

• 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, relationship-first mindset with a drive to grow business
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
