Overview
Field-based Neurosurgical Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling Stryker Neurological Surgery products to healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, demonstrating product value.
- Track territory progress and communicate results to the Regional Manager.
- Provide on-site support, solving product problems and educating staff on proper use and maintenance.
- Maintain excellent customer service and be available to assist customers whenever needed.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (medical device preferred), or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Approximately 20% travel required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Physical:
Exert up to 50 lbs occasionally or 20 lbs constantly; coordination of eye, hand, and foot; visual, auditory discrimination, reading, and memory retention. - Mental:
Discretion and independence in applying professional expertise; time, project, stress, and conflict management; strong written and oral communication; ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision; prioritize work and keep detailed confidential records; present to large groups; unwavering ethics & integrity.
- 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
- Travel reimbursement: 20%.
- In-house product training program and field sales training provided.
