As a key player on our sales team, you'll manage prestigious clients, working directly with industry leaders to create extraordinary fragrance experiences. Reporting to the President of North America, you'll be at the forefront of strategy and business growth.

Your Role:
  • Build and nurture winning relationships across all levels – from Fragrance Managers to R&D teams, marketing experts, and procurement professionals.
  • Lead market strategy across multiple categories in North America, turning insights into action and challenges into opportunities.
  • Spearhead both proactive and reactive briefs, ensuring our fragrances stay ahead of market trends.
  • Transform your passion for sales and industry expertise into tangible business wins.
Your Expertise:
  • 5+ years of industry experience, backed by a university degree (Business, Chemistry, or Perfumery preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving customer‑focused, results‑driven sales initiatives.
  • Sharp business acumen with the ability to spot trends and transform them into opportunities.
  • Outstanding project management skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities.
  • Expert negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Natural leadership qualities with a history of successful team coordination.
