About Choice Home Warranty

Choice Home Warranty is the 2nd largest home warranty provider in the nation, growing rapidly and offering a dynamic environment for sales professionals.

Friday through Monday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (10‑hour shifts);
Tuesday–Thursday off. Position is onsite in Edison, NJ.

• Earning Potential: $100K+ annually (uncapped commission structure)

• Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about home warranty policies.
• Build rapport and drive appropriate conversions.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
• Maintain professionalism under stress.
• Multi‑task between speaking and data capture.
• Learn product suite quickly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.

• 1+ years of sales experience and success in building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with internal & external clients.
• Proven ability to close deals and upsell policies.
• Strong phone presence and independent work ability while meeting goals and deadlines.
