Job DescriptionField Representative responsible for increasing awareness and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, and customer satisfaction. Supports multiple residential energy efficiency program offerings, predominantly in the retail market space.
Responsibilities- Build relationships as a brand ambassador with retail store managers, employees and customers.
- Educate on promotional items, program highlights and eligibility.
- Maintain high level of autonomy, manage own schedule, create logical routes and daily schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Drive consistency between assigned locations, ensuring uniform presentation of promotional materials.
- Workshop outreach tactics – innovate fresh ways to assist retail partners in understanding and communicating program offerings.
- Plan and attend events to boost program marketplace representation and customer awareness through event planning, coordination and presentations.
- Identify improvement barriers and critical information for team members, channel delivery, and Program Manager.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress toward program goals.
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in account management, retail leadership, brand ambassadorship, or event planning.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; own vehicle required to travel between stores (~75 miles per day). Mileage and toll reimbursement provided.
- Cell phone allowance and assigned tablet provided.
- Successful hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
Target compensation: $27–$29 per hour, depending on experience.
Overall compensation range: $19.55–$27.25 per hour.
Disqualification RequirementsMust meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements and comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations if applicable.
