In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not remote.

Part-time role with afternoon and evening availability.

• Standard 5‑day schedule: 4:05PM–9:00PM (end time may vary based on customer needs).
• Flexible 4+ day schedule (if available in your market): 25 hours of availability each week across at least 4 days, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday); shifts are scheduled between 12:05PM and 9:00PM.

Pay Rate: $25.85 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly. Earnings can be accessed early. Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi-weekly. Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly. $35 phone stipend paid monthly.

• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are.
• Provide exceptional customer service, prioritize the customer, and achieve sales targets.
• Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide understandable solutions, and ensure customers leave with a resolution that meets their future tech needs.
• Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions; listen actively, identify customer needs, and position products uniquely.
• Apply strong negotiation and communication skills to guide customers toward appropriate solutions and complete sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) capable of traveling up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Personal cell phone for in‑job communication.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing and thrives in human interaction.
