Event Marketing Associate - Entry Level

This is a fully in-person and on-site role.

. As an Event Marketing Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to client success while gaining hands-on experience alongside an energetic and collaborative team.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers inside major retail locations, representing well-known brands, educating customers about products and promotions, and helping drive new customer acquisition. Every day you’ll build communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands‑on experience and ongoing coaching to support long‑term career growth.

• Represent nationally recognized brands during in-store promotional events
• Connect with customers, answer questions, and recommend products
• Help execute marketing campaigns alongside an experienced team
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long‑term customer loyalty
• Track basic customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required)
• Positive, coachable, and goal‑oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
