• $24.70 hourly base compensation, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
• Uncapped monthly performance bonus plus other spiffs and contests throughout the year.

• Greet customers, answer telephone calls and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
• Review repairs and services with customers to ensure understanding, communicate any deviations from the estimate, and note approvals.
• Distribute work to shop technicians, monitor progress and accuracy, and supply information upon request.
• Arrange towing, alternate transportation, or shuttles as necessary under Total Repair Care standards.
• Monitor inspection dates to ensure completion before due dates, notify customers, and explain maintenance intervals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in the automotive industry or three years relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment with proven sales and customer satisfaction record.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate with support team, customers, and technicians.
• ASE Service Advisor certification is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete required pre‑employment screenings if offered the position.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
