Client Partner - CPG

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Client Partner for a large CPG customer encompassing all service lines with a growth mindset. The role involves developing a robust pipeline, driving market share, and managing the entire sales life cycle while nurturing relationships with senior client leadership.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience in client-facing roles
• 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts and consulting experience
• Ability to navigate complex customer organization and collaborate with cross functional team

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Drive consultative selling across digital, AI, cloud, and application & infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to shape go-to-market strategies.

Delivery Excellence:

• Proven experience in driving Agile and Dev Ops transition and transformation programs
• Ensure successful delivery of services across application, infrastructure, and transformation programs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Lead risk management and escalation resolution.

Leadership

Experience:

• Own End 2 End account growth plan and execute it
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to mobilize resource and prioritize client needs
• Mentor client-facing teams and contribute to talent development.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer and TCS Retail / CPG ISU vision

Salary Range: $130,200 - $179,800 a year
