Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kick-start your career in marketing and sales? Garden State AGNC, Inc. is on the lookout for an energetic and people-focused Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is all about real connections-working face-to-face with customers, supporting our clients, and bringing promotions to life in a retail environment. This is an entry-level, so no prior experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and participate in our client's promotional campaigns to execute high-energy in-store promotions that attract customers, build excitement, and drive immediate sales
• Be the face of the brand-confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customers
• Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment
• Stay up to date on brand and product details to deliver clear, compelling messaging
• Engage new customers and create opportunities through direct interaction, grow brand awareness, and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in marketing, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills you're comfortable talking to anyone
• Self-starter with good time management and follow-through
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
