• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math
• Ability to adapt to new technology with high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell through sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment

Pay Range:

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
