Sales Associate

MSI is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to promote our high performance gaming and professional hardware to retail and business customers. You'll learn MSI's product portfolio, engage prospects, conduct demos, and guide buyers to the right solutions. In this role, you'll manage leads, support channel partners, and track performance against sales targets. Working closely with marketing and technical teams, you'll provide product feedback and help optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail and business customers to understand needs and recommend MSI hardware solutions.
• Conduct in person and virtual product demos for gaming and professional audiences.
• Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Support channel partners and resellers with product information and sales materials.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events that drive demand.
• Provide product and customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery.
