About the Job
We are looking for a results-driven
Regional Sales Manage
r to oversee and grow our customer base across
Central and Southern New Jersey. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing convenience store accounts.
- Team Leadership: Coach and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals. Conduct field visits and performance evaluations.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Business Development: Pursue and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing accounts to increase “share of wallet.”
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and shifting customer needs.
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the convenience store industry.
- Prior experience managing a sales team.
- Gujarati and Hindi knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to travel daily within the region.
