Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by checking credentials, verifying scheduled arrivals and deliveries, and documenting visitor and vehicle activity according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing inbound and outbound traffic, challenging individuals when appropriate, and following post orders for restricted areas;
Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, docks, gates, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
