Hours:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Shop Role)
- $35–$45/hr. (based on experience)

- Consistent shop work — no chasing jobs in the field
- Strong backlog of work — steady hours + overtime opportunity
- Growth path → Lead Tech / Shop Foreman
- Diagnose & repair IC forklifts (gas, LPG, diesel)
- Troubleshoot and repair electric forklifts (wiring, batteries, chargers)
- Handle major repairs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics)
- Complete PMs and repairs efficiently
- Use diagnostic tools + write up clear work orders
- (For senior techs) Help guide junior mechanics
- At least 3+ years as a forklift, heavy equipment, or diesel mechanic
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with both mechanical + electrical systems
- Able to work independently and on a team
- Supervisory experience a plus
