Field Service Technician NJ | 1st Shift

Our client, an innovative leader in clean energy technology, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in NJ. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the Fuel Cell Systems team.

** Remote (Required to travel within 1 hour radius of Edison, NJ )

** Pay Range:**  $35-$36/HR + Company Vehicle

* Work Schedule:

** Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday |  6AM - 230 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide on-site support, service, and maintenance for fuel cell systems during field visits

+ Operate service vehicles safely and efficiently

+ Create daily workflows based on scheduled tasks and work autonomously

+ Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, testing, and diagnostics on equipment

+ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while producing detailed service reports

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma with 6 years of experience in electrical, process controls, or electro-mechanical fields, or technical diploma with relevant industry experience

+ Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

+ Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work (OSHA, NFPA 70E)

+ Experience working with three-phase systems, UPS, electrical generation, and distribution systems

+ Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints, and perform equipment maintenance according to industry standards
