Field Service Technician

No two days look the same  a Field Service Technician, you'll be out in the field every day — visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities, performing medical gas compliance and environmental testing, and building real relationships with customers who count on you. If you like hands-on work, solving problems, and staying on the move, this is the job for you.

Your Day-to-Day Environment

• Travel daily to customer sites in your assigned territory
• Work independently out of your own company-provided service vehicle
• Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day

What You'll Take Ownership Of

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform medical gas compliance testing, certification, and repair services.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, manifolds, and small electronics.
• Test and certify medical gas systems and perform environmental monitoring services.
• Complete field documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Mentor and train junior technicians in the field.
• Lead projects and complex scopes of work, coordinating across a team of technicians.
• Travel to facilities across the NJ/NYC region

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Requires 4 years of relevant experience, including training and mentoring lower-level employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work
• ASSE 6010, 6030, or 6040 strongly preferred
• Experience working in healthcare environments is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
