** hands-on Field Technician
** to lead a team delivering residential energy efficiency and weatherization upgrades across New Jersey.

** What You’ll Do**
* ** Lead from the front** – oversee and work alongside a crew of technicians performing residential upgrades (insulation, air sealing, efficiency improvements)
* ** Coach and develop your team** – train technicians on best practices, safety, and quality standards
* ** Own job quality and productivity** – ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and to program standards
* ** Solve real-world problems** – troubleshoot installation challenges and recommend practical solutions on-site
* ** Represent the company in the field** – build trust with homeowners and partners while driving program participation
* ** Track and communicate progress** – document work, capture inspection results, and keep operations teams informed###

** What We’re Looking For
*** 3+ years in home improvement or skilled trades (weatherization, HVAC, insulation, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of
** home systems and residential construction
*** Proven ability to
** lead or mentor others** (formal or informal)
* A
** player/coach mindset** – willing to work hands-on while leading a crew
* Problem solver who takes ownership and drives results
* BPI Certification (a plus, not required)###
