NJ TRANSIT in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to inspect, test, repair, and troubleshoot NJTRO equipment and HVAC heavy machinery. You will perform pipe fitting tasks, welding, and soldering as part of maintaining safety-critical systems.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of pipe fitting practices, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is required, with trade school training and licenses preferred.
