Synergy3 has been an HVAC, plumbing, and electric company in Philadelphia for over 20 years — and we're not the shop that runs techs into the ground. We invest in the tools, the trucks, the training, and the people who do the work. You will receive one on one training with our in-house trainer in our state of the art training lab.

We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in a clean diagnosis, a happy customer, and a truck they'd be proud to show off.

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems — you find the real problem, not just the symptom
• Run preventive maintenance that keeps customers' systems alive and keeps them calling us back
• Own the customer experience on every call — you're the face of Synergy3 at the door
• Earn five-star reviews — great work gets recognized here, and it pays
• Work clean and document right in our systems so billing and follow-up are seamless

• Hands-on HVAC maintenance and repair experience — troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• EPA certification (required)
• Strong customer service instincts — you can explain a repair to a homeowner without talking down to them
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• NATE certification and additional training — a plus
• Plumbing and electrical experience — a plus
• Comfortable with CRM/field systems (Service Titan or similar) — a plus

• Hourly base starting at $25/hr , based on experience — with room to grow as you prove yourself
• Senior Technicians earn well over 100,000$
