Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance and on-demand requests from Sales Floor;
Perform daily inspections and building rounds;
Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs of buildings and installed systems (plumbing, roofs, shop, HVAC);
Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs/lamps;
Read electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot problems
