Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mezzanine Installation Foreman for a major warehouse fit-out project in central New Jersey. You will lead a crew installing structural steel mezzanines, coordinate with the GC and other trades, ensure installations meet engineered specifications and local building codes, and manage daily safety briefings.
Requirements- 5+ years of structural steel or mezzanine installation experience
- Proven crew leadership and supervision skills
- Ability to read structural engineering drawings and bolt patterns
