CBRE is seeking a Union Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a leading healthcare provider’s locations across New Jersey. In this hands‑on role, you’ll keep buildings running at their best by performing preventive maintenance and responding to service requests across multiple sites.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems—helping ensure a safe, comfortable experience for clients and customers while minimizing downtime.
