As one of the leading e‑commerce retailers–with over 200+ products in development at any given time–we conduct a symphony of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and business functions, and as an Operations Software Developer, you'll be a principal player, collaborating with teams throughout C+A to craft bespoke software solutions to complex, high‑impact business problems.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced .AL Programmer to join our on‑site team in Edison, NJ. If you have 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and you're passionate about building scalable ERP solutions, we’d love to meet you.

• Develop and maintain custom extensions using .AL language in Business Central.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Customize existing modules and create new ones to support evolving business needs.
• Debug, test, and deploy code in production environments.
• Document solutions and provide ongoing technical support.
• Participate in upgrade and integration projects.
• Work with and direct off‑shore resources as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with .AL development in Business Central.
• Strong understanding of Business Central architecture and extension model.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, AL Language Extension, and Git.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and event‑driven programming.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Central upgrades and migrations.
• Experience in Warehouse and Distribution Business.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, or Power BI.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or NAV.
