Business Analyst - Web & Mobile Application

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Web and Mobile Application Development to join our growing team. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and product vision.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Support end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify process improvements and recommend innovative digital solutions.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering Web Applications and Mobile Applications (Android/iOS).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and software development concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma

• Experience working in Agile product or services organizations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Exposure to mobile application lifecycle, API integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Domain experience in Healthcare, Fin Tech, Retail, Logistics, or eCommerce is a plus.
