• Significant experience developing Java systems of medium to high complexity
• Experience as a member of a technical team developing a series of related solutions using the same underlying frameworks, database standards and user interface standards
• Understanding of relational data modeling and experience writing complex SQL queries
• Experience developing medium- to large-scale solutions
• Familiarity with build / deployment tools (Ant, Maven)
• Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of professional experience in Java web application development; or equivalent combination of training and experience

Design high available, high performance software; develop and implement all phases of the SDLC, including system analysis, writing functional requirements, integration testing, and system deployment using TFS, Service Now, JIRA; conduct code reviews and code walkthroughs; install, configure, design, maintain and support Biz Talk development, test and production environments; perform routine maintenance such as security patches, service account password changes, service installation;

coordinate with company resources to accomplish integration of products and processes and complex solutions. Provide timely and accurate results, and exceptional customer service.

Must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering plus skills and knowledge in Biztalk Server, SQL, EDI, XML, Visual Studio, TFS, Service Now, JIRA.

Require 100% travel to unanticipated client locations in US. Allow telecommuting.

• Excellent communicator, process driven, and at ease with technology.
• Functional analysis and formal analysis techniques; requirements gathering; use case development; business flow.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Visio.
• Ability to translate requirements to use cases and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle.
• Candidate with prior experience working on web based applications (UI) a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems.
• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective.
• Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation.
• Develops and executes systems testing.
• Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.
• Design and develop mobile and SOA based rich interface web applications using Eclipse, Maven, Hibernate 3.3 and Spring 2.5.
• Design HTTP protocol based RESTful web services interface to support Android, Black Berry SDK/JDE and Java Fx environments.
• Design and develop reusable enterprise system using J2EE technologies.
• Design and code XSD data schema against database.
• Design and develop WSDL and Java object using Apache CXF.
• Test and modify existing software programs to improve performance and correct errors.
• Coordinate application installation to meet system specification.
• Test and debug applications.

Require a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years progressive experience after college) in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus skills and knowledge of Android, Black Berry SDK/JDE, Eclipse, Hibernate 3.3, Spring 2.5, Apache CXF.
