Duck Creek Manuscript Developer

• The Duck Creek Manuscript developer will be responsible for leading and supporting the enhancement, modernization, and stabilization of Duck Creek Policy manuscripts for Commercial P&C insurance implementations.
• This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Duck Creek Policy DCTDCOD direct experience with DCOD migration programs and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders’ business teams and offshore delivery teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality solutions.
• The onshore role carries additional responsibility for technical coordination, solution reviews, issue triage, and delivery alignment, acting as a bridge between client teams and offshore developers. Experience with AD Authoring Advanced Development is preferred.
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Duck Creek manuscripts to support business regulatory and underwriting requirements.

• Experience supporting or working with Express 30 compatibility mode.
• Exposure to UI modernization or multi‑version Duck Creek upgrades.
• Familiarity with accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance optimization for enterprise UIs.

• Postman API testing.
• CICD tools:
  Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Defect test management:
  Jira, Azure Dev Ops.
• Version control:
  Git, Git Hub.
• Browser testing:
  Chrome, Edge, cross‑browser execution.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
