Title: Enterprise Integration Developer / Integration Automation Engineer
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States - Day 1 Onsite

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion / Workato Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations and workflow automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Workato, along with strong expertise in API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise application connectivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Workato.
- Build automated workflows connecting Adobe Workfront with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Develop reusable integration components, templates, and connectors.
- Configure triggers, actions, routers, data transformations, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
- Design and implement automated business processes across marketing, project management, operations, and IT functions.
- Optimize existing workflows to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop approval workflows, notifications, escalations, and event-driven automation.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure seamless integration performance.
- Support and maintain: troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Monitor production integrations and ensure high availability and operational stability.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, bug fixes, and platform upgrades.
- Maintain integration security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in integration development.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Workato.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, middleware concepts, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and API authentication methods.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing integration workflows.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience integrating Adobe Workfront with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, or marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (iPaaS) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
- Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Workato certifications are a plus.
