Ayka Logistics LLC is a last mile delivery service business looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We are a fast‑growing company with the need to ramp up very quickly over the next few months.

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Follow local & state laws; road driving regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events/conditions.
• Successfully deliver packages in all weather conditions.
• This is a physically demanding job that requires you to lift, load and unload packages up to 50lbs, get in and out of your van repeatedly throughout the day at different locations and walk up/down stairways while on a typical shift.
• Operate a company‑provided smart phone to clock‑in and out of shifts, scan packages, follow GPS routing to delivery locations and communicate with supervisors.
• Help team‑members to complete their deliveries when required.

• $23.75 per hour, paid weekly.
• Opportunity for weekly financial incentives – full 10 hours pay per day even if fewer hours worked, based on Performance and Safety scores.
• Full‑time and Part‑time offered. A typical shift 8–10 hours.
• Approximate shift hours 9 AM to 9 PM.
• Shifts available 7 days a week.
• Two paid 15 min breaks and an unpaid 30 min meal break during a typical shift.
• Paid Training.

• No CDL required.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good English speaking skills.
