Helper - Final Mile

Qualifications

• Must possess customer service skills
• Work safely in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Driver Assistants must be 18 years of age or older
• Pass a pre‑employment physical, drug test & background check

• Consistently lift/move furniture, bedding and accessories in excess of 100lb.
• Continuously lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100lb.
• Deliver furniture in a variety of outdoor weather conditions

• Customer service skills: 1 year (Required)
• Assembly / installations / product handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lifting 100lb: 1 year (Required)

Werner Final Mile Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner with big furniture companies, and we have full‑time positions available for delivery professionals who are always on time, good at working as a team, comfortable making decisions, supportive, not afraid of hard work, willing to coach and be coached, and able to deliver good customer service.

Expected starting pay range: $18.83 – $25.10 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
