Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator - Final Mile Delivery

Position Overview

Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator in Edison, NJ supporting the Final Mile Delivery division.

• Administer pre‑delivery confirmations
• Monitor contractor COIs
• Provide real‑time route support for drivers
• Schedule deliveries
• Provide support to retail clients and end users
• Support end‑of‑day logistics and driver check‑ins
• Accurate data logging, billing, and maintain records

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years administrative and clerical support experience
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery preferred
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
• Highly thorough, dependable, demonstration of integrity and trust
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and manage time effectively

Hourly wage: $21.50 per hour, paid weekly. Shift 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday. No DOT regulated role. No travel required.
