Job SummaryAs a First Student School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community, transporting students safely from before‑school pickup to after‑school return.
Responsibilities- A guaranteed shift of 8 hours per school day
- No working nights or weekends unless you want to
- 40‑hour work week guaranteed
- Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available
- $25/HR Starting Wage
- $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Small Bus
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Big Bus
- $500 Driver Referral Bonus
- Paid CDL Driver Training
- Paid holidays
- Additional hours available – charter route opportunities
- No nights or weekends
- $16.50/HR Training Pay Rate
- Do not have a college degree or high school diploma
- Have military experience
- Are returning to the workforce or looking for a second job

- Are at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
