Inventory Control Associate

White Cap, a leading North American distributor for professional contractors, is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to help sustain accuracy and integrity of inventory across our supply chain.

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Complete follow‑up to all previous inventory adjustments.
• Complete and review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors to check for quality and communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

$21.00–$28.90 per hour (as required by New Jersey law).
