If you thrive in tight aisles and like your work precise and organized, this role is for you.
Your impact
Reach, place, and retrieve inventory at height using a turret or stand-up forklift in narrow aisles.
Transport pallets and product efficiently with an electric pallet jack.
Leverage an RF scanner to pick orders, track inventory, and post updates to the warehouse management system.
Safely load and unload trailers while protecting product condition.
Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders per established SOPs.Verify counts and locations to keep inventory records accurate.
Operate with safety first, following warehouse rules and OSHA guidelines.
Perform pre-shift and daily equipment inspections; report any maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Support general warehouse operations when needed.
Success looks like Flawless picks and put-aways at high rack positions
Accurate scans and updates in the WMSZero safety incidents through strong complianceA neat, orderly area ready for the next task
